Returns:
We hope you are happy with your purchase! We are happy to refund or exchange any item bought from us. If for any reason you wish to return your product, you can do that within 30 days from the original purchase, provided the product has not been worn and is returned in the same condition it was received in. Just fill in the return slip that you will find in the package, and send your parcel to:

We recommend you post to us using a recorded method, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds and exchanges to process. Any refunds will be made using the payment method you bought the item with. We will not charge postage for a replacement item.
Deliveries:
We send everything out via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. We aim to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but please allow 24 hours for dispatch.
